"Felt like I was losing money too fast"
I tried DealDash for a little while, but it started feeling like I was spending more than I was comfortable with. The item prices can look really cheap at first, but the bids add up so quickly that I kept worrying about how much I’d already put in and didn’t want to walk away with nothing. I’m sure some people do win good deals, but for me it ended up feeling expensive and frustrating.

At first I thought the value was okay because some of the deals looked decent. But once the fees started stacking up, it felt a lot less worth it. I ended up having to raise the issue because what seemed like a good price upfront wasn’t really what I paid in the end. Not terrible, but definitely frustrating...

I ended up returning one item after realizing I probably shouldn’t have bought it in the first place. Customer support got back to me the next day, and the refund showed up about a week later. I do wish I’d made up my mind sooner, but overall the process was straightforward.

I had a question about one of my bids and figured I’d be waiting around for a while, but DealDash support actually got back to me quickly. From my side, it seemed like they understood what I was asking instead of just sending some generic response, and they cleared things up right away.
I was a little stressed at first because I wasn’t sure if the issue would turn into a bigger hassle, but they handled it simply and fixed the small problem I had. Overall, it felt like a real person was helping me, and that made the whole experience a lot better.

I went in thinking, you know, play a bit and maybe I’ll hit something eventually, but it really doesn’t feel that way. My quick gut read is that unless you’re willing to spend a lot, your chances seem slim.

I’ve been using dealdash on both the app and the website, and my experience has been smooth so far. The pages load well for me, and placing bids is straightforward without having to dig through confusing menus. I usually start on my laptop and then switch to my phone later, and it’s nice that it works without any hassle either way.

I’ve won a few things on DealDash now and, the quality has been better than I expected. Everything showed up new, worked just fine, and I haven’t had any issues. No complaints from me, I’m happy with it so far

DealDash is kind of fun, but it took me a bit to understand how everything works. I definitely wasted some bids in the beginning because the rules and timing weren’t super clear to me. Once I got the hang of it, it started to make more sense, but I’m still not sure it’s for everyone. Also, the way some things are handled feels a little careless, like they could do a better job making the process less confusing for new people.
